Adult Cooking Classes


Enjoy creating healthy and delicious meals with old friends and new. Each class is themed and you will be exposed to a variety of cooking techniques, foods and dietary theories. You will learn basic cooking techniques and skills as well as some ‘tricks of the trade’.

The classes are designed to feature the best foods of the season and we will use as many local and organic ingredients as we can. All food used in the classes are free of high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, food dyes, GMO’s and preservatives.

The recipes are designed to use whole foods and whole ingredients and expose you to a variety of foods, tastes, textures and flavors. We eliminate white flours and sugars in recipes and discuss ways you can make these changes in your home as well. If you have any allergies or food restrictions, we discuss ways you can create the meals using the ingredients that you are allowed to have in your home. *We may not have the substitutes available with us during the class.
