Beth Fielder instructs the following:
  • Mat Pilates

  • Mixed Level Reformer
  • Mixed Level classes are a varied, full-body workout designed to lengthen and strengthen the body while enhancing flexibility, coordination and balance. Exercises and pace are determined by the level of the students in attendance but students should have a firm grasp of basic principles and execution of the essential repertoire.

  • Teacher's Pilates Reformer
  • We love our teachers and this class is just for you! Proper body alignment, form, stabilization, and exercise progression will be the objective in this class. You will have the opportunity to practice and perfect what you learn, add new exercises to your repertoire, continue to build core strength and increase your flexibility in this workout. 

  • Level II Reformer
  • These classes are for the more advanced Pilates enthusiasts. Students will experience more difficult sequences and variations and may include the use of props such as balls and Magic Circles. Exercises will progress at a much more rapid pace, challenging strength and endurance. (Please check with your instructor before attending to see that this is a suitable class for you.)

  • Bodypump
  • the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYPUMP™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

  • TRU Private Reformer
  • This Reformer session is a private class for TRU employees.

  • Level I Reformer
  • For those who have completed Reformer 101 training or prior Reformer experience. Continued focus on proper body alignment, form, stabilization, and exercise progression will be the objective in this class. You will have the opportunity to practice and perfect what you have already learned, add new exercises to your repertoire, continue to build core strength and increased your flexibility in this workout. Class moves at a quicker, but comfortable pace.

  • Mixed Level Reformer
  • Mixed Level classes are a varied, full-body workout designed to lengthen and strengthen the body while enhancing flexibility, coordination and balance.
