Lauren graduated from Beverly High School. She earned her BS in Environmental Science from Merrimack College, was a member of the collegiate Dance Team and is currently working in the environmental compliance field. In addition to environmental and sustainability issues, Lauren has also always been passionate about fitness and nutrition. She enjoys staying fit with all types of exercise, from running and bike riding, to dancing and strength training. She truly enjoys instructing her Body Pump classes where she hopes to motivate members to stay healthy and gain strength, in mind and body.
