Barre with a bit more zing! You'll experience barre work combined with moderate cardio intervals. Finish the class with Pilates-based core strengthening. Can be done in bare feet but some may prefer the option of sneakers.
We add cardio to your barre for the best burn ever! Short cardio bursts are interspersed throughout the class (with low impact options) to keep your heart rate elevated and the calories burning!
