- Mommy & Me Yoga
This 60 minute class is designed for moms with babies 6 weeks to pre-walking. Inspired by yoga, this class incorporates movement and breath designed to increase flexibility, regain strength and encourage overall physical and mental balance well being. Postures target both moms and babies assisting with digestion, brain function and stimulation. In addition to bonding with your baby, you will have the opportunity to meet other new moms and receive support in this safe environment. We provide a flexible class structure allowing for happy, napping or fussy babies who might want to feed or need a diaper change during class. (Please bring a blanket for laying your baby on and any toys you might want for baby).
Experience a yoga flow linking breath and mindful movement. Develop strength, balance and flexibility and leave feeling refreshed, calm and relaxed. All levels welcome.
