Angel Lopez, CSCS instructs the following:
  • Women's Strength 1
  • Women's Strength Level 1 is an 8 week program geared towards women of a beginner to intermediate fitness level. Improve your overall health and gain strength during a FUN workout! 

  • TRX
  • Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, which leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

  • HIIT BAC 45
  • H.I.I.T BAC 45 is a 45 minute workout that will challenge you with short, high intensity efforts using a variety of body weight, strength, cardio and core exercises. Although not required, participants using a MyZone Heartrate belt will achieve their best results. All fitness levels welcomed.

  • Men's Strength 2
  • Specific strength program designed for intermediate to advanced exercisers. Men in this program will focus on large, whole body lifts. The program meets for 8 weeks.

  • Angel's Ageless Fitness
  • BAC and SOUL PHYSICAL THERAPY are working together to make sure you continue to progress from the injuries you are rehabbing and then putting you on a path of PRE-hab. Our goal is to keep you injury free and seeing results. Class takes place at the Beverly Council on Aging
