Starting on 3/6 and running through 3/11, all of our Adult Programs are free to the community! We have a wide range of programs, with focuses ranging from athletic performance, mobility and stretching, muscle building and weight loss! We are confident that we have the right program to fit your goals, budget and schedule! Demo Week allows you the chance to try out different programs you feel apply to you before you make the commitment of signing up! All of our Demo Week programs are taught by our Certified Personal Trainers, who are comfortable working with a wide range of individuals.
