I'm Too Young To Feel This Old Pilates Mat Class

Reconnect with your body in this 50 minute, twice a week, Pilates based mat class. Taught by  Physical Therapist and certified Pilates Instructor, Angela Marciano, this class will help you to regain strength, flexibility,  balance, and coordination.
