Moms, have you been trying to reconnect to your core? Are you having a hard time? Don’t know where to start or what to do? This series, taught by Angela Marciano, Physical Therapist and Certified Pilates Instructor, is designed specifically for mom’s (new and experienced). You will understand the amazing changes your body underwent during pregnancy and learn how to reconnect to your deepest core stabilizers and pelvic floor muscles. You will also learn about diastasis recti - what it is, how to test yourself, and what to do about it.
