Master Swim Program
The BAC Masters Swim program will provide participants with a range of low-impact exercises to increase endurance, lung capacity and overall fitness. Workouts will be between 1500 and 3000 yards or more of lap swimming (dependent on ability) and will include both aerobic and anaerobic drills, stroke development, and goal-setting.
Required items: tight-fitting goggles; water bottle.
Recommended items: Swim cap for long hair.
