Come Try Pool to Pavement!
Pool to Pavement is a private group exercise started by a group of women who exercised in the BAC Saltwater pool. They wondered if the exercises were possible on land, and with that thought, the Pool to Pavement workout was born! The group sought out the help of the BAC staff to guide them in learning their pool movements on land. This program offers effective exercises for strengthening your body, improving cardiovascular health, mobility, motor skills and balance.
