With two high intensity workouts per week you can really challenge your body and push yourself beyond your comfort zone in a safe fitness environment that will leave you firing on all cylinders. The program has all the benefits of a cardio workout and muscular endurance which really trains your body to be able to keep on going and sustain activities from sports to everyday repetitive movements.
