Check on Your Health with a BAC Wellness Assessment

shutterstock_130090397Meet with a certified wellness coach to go over your personal wellness assessment. Learn how to exercise, eat right, and change your lifestyle with an assessment. You will receive your overall wellness score from 0 to 100 based off of your lifestyle measures, physical measures, biological measures, nutrition measures, psychological measures, and fitness measures. Your existing medical problems as well as family history will be evaluated to help with preventative measures. An assessment is suggested if you have any of the following: high blood pressure, BMI >25, high stress level, high cholesterol, trouble maintaining weight, sedentary lifestyle, poor nutrition habits, and more.

Wellness Assessment Inquiry


Wellness Assessment Includes:

One hour appointments are available including the following:

• A blood lipid profile testing cholesterol, HDL, fasting blood glucose level, and TC:HDL ratio

• A Fitness test of push-ups, sit-ups, 3-minute step test, and flexibility (sit-and-reach)

• A Body composition of body fat %, BMI, girth measurements, relative disease risks, basal metabolic rate (BMR), fat mass, fat free mass, waist to hip ratio, and recommendations

• Goal setting based off of recommendations

• Before and after photos are optional if you choose to do a follow up assessment
