Youth Strength & Conditioning is a specially designed workout created specifically for young people to produce maximum health and fitness benefits as they grow.
An all-encompassing program teaches young fitness fans how to understand and be aware of their body and how to make the most out of their physical abilities. They learn the essentials of exercise – both aerobic and anaerobic – and improve performance for sports and in their active lives. Strength, endurance, balance and coordination are developed during light resistance training that is ideal for young bodies. These exercises have been designed to not only strengthen bones but protect muscles and joints from injury too.
Making working out engaging and enjoyable is part of Youth Strength & Conditioning, creating a positive mental attitude towards fitness!
