BAC has always been a place where community comes together to develop healthy minds, bodies we have always felt we are an overall sanctuary for your overall well-being.  In these unprecedented times dealing with the global coronavirus, it remains our goal to support your health and well-being.

We have created this webpage of resources for all your fitness and wellness needs during this very uncertain time.  Our goal is to offer you a mix of virtual class from our many partners, zoom workouts with your favoirtate instructors, workout and fitness tips on the club’s youtube channel.
