Pilates gym room


Pilates is an instructor-led workout that benefits every level of fitness – from the gym newcomer to the seasoned athlete. Pilates not only increases core strength and balance, but it also helps improve flexibility and coordination. With a focus on body alignment and breathing Pilates at our gym in Beverly is offered in small group sessions and private lessons.
