From the General Manager

We are thrilled that you are joining the team at the Award- Winning Beverly Athletic Club.  This page is filled with knowledge of the club and its many different aspects and offerings.  As part of your staff training and development, please view the videos below, complete the quizzes, and meet with proper department heads.  Remember an informed and excited team member will only enhance the member’s and guest experience.  The member and guest experience are what have made BAC so successful over the years.  The experience starts with you and how we engage and interact with customers every day, in the studio on the fitness floor, at the recover bar, during swim lessons or out in the community . BAC wins awards each year because of team members like you.

Member Experience

Part of your staff training and development is to learn first hand about the member experience.  In the first thirty days of being a team member at BAC, you will experience what it’s like to be a member.  This will help you deliver better customer service and enhance the member and guest experience here at BAC.  Please click on the button below and download the STAFF BOARDING EXPERIENCE AT BAC document, complete the listed items and meet with your team leader to review.

PAYROLL

Please fill out your new employee packet completely so we can add you to our payroll system.  We use a company called MassPay and their web based platform is called Isolve.  The email address that you fill out on the first page of your packet will give you access to this system.   You will receive an email from MassPay/Isolve to set up your own account.  Your username & password will give you access to look at your paycheck details each week.  If you get locked out of your account, please email jdeschamps@beverlyathletic.com for it to be reset.  Any payroll changes or to notify us of missed clock-ins can also be emailed here as well.
 
Please be aware that our pay week begins on Sunday and ends on Saturday.  When a pay week is completed, that check will be directly deposited into your personal account on the following Friday.  In summary, the check that you receive on Friday is for the previous week worked.
 
Payroll changes must be submitted no later than Monday at 5pm for the previous week.  Holiday weeks may change this deadline but you will be given notice via email.
