BAC is honored to be the official gym of North Shore Music Theatre for 20 plus years, and thrilled you’re considering teaching a class for our members/Greater Beverly community. Not only has our partnership brought the phenomenal talents of cast members like yourself to the BAC studios, but many members purchase tickets to NSMT following this unique experience.

How it works:

* CLASS TAKEOVER: cast members have offered current BAC classes like BARRE, ZUMBA, or SPIN (click to see schedule)
* UNIQUE OFFERINGS: others have taught non-traditional classes like HIP-HOP, JAZZ, LATIN, MUSICAL THEATRE DANCE, etc.
* SPECIAL TIMES: if you have a proposed date/time you wish to teach that’s not listed, please let us know.

What you get:

You receive a FREE MEMBERSHIP to Beverly Athletic Club (open 24 hours a day) and $25.00 in club bucks.

High-intensity training will give you powerful results. If high-intensity group training is your kind of thing, then check this out. HIIT BAC training at Beverly Athletic Club is a whirlwind workout with short bursts of high-energy, cardio exercises that will torch calories, blast fat, and boost oxygen levels. Talk about creating a powerful fitness workout for the whole body! Simple interval training exercises start with a warm-up before the real action begins. Workout as hard as you can for 20 seconds, take a much-needed 10-second rest and then go again! Medicine balls, battling ropes, rowers, ski ergometers, plyo boxes and kettlebells will stretch, challenge and work the body from every angle in an intense circuit training program geared toward fat burning. Work your way around exercise stations and finish sets of designated exercises too. With HIIT training at our Beverly gym, you’ll work up a real sweat shedding unwanted pounds and coming out the other side feeling exhilarated and energized like never before! Experience HIIT this summer as you sign up as a returning member of BAC.

Functional Movement Studio

BAC offers the largest functional training studio on the North Shore (1600 square feet). Members and guests have full access to the club’s functional movement studio. We have some great equipment for our members to utilize within the space. Weather you jump on the Concept 2 Rower or Ski Erg to get your heart rate up or hit a great kettlebell circuit we have it all! Choose from Battling Ropes, medicine plyo boxes, bands, slam balls, dumbbells and much more! We call it the club’s “playground” so check out how this wide open space can enhance your daily workout routine.

Boutique Fitness Studios

Both studios at the main club have undergone upgrades with new sound systems, lighting and customized enhancement to give you that boutique feel with all the benefits of a full-service health club. Experience daily live classes with the area’s best instructors plus have access to endless hours of Virtual Fitness in the club’s three Virtual Fitness Studios. We offer the boutique experience with all the amenities of a health club.

EQUIPMENT

We continue to invest in state-of-the-art equipment for both locations. The club’s cardio equipment now has Netflix, Hulu, and many virtual training workouts and so much more to keep you focused and committed to your fitness goals.

24 HOUR ACCESS

Members now have access to BAC 24 hours a day. We have two great locations in Beverly available for all your fitness & wellness needs: the club’s 24 Hour location located at 600 Cummings Center and the main location located at 7 Reservoir Road.

Just like you, the club is always on a journey of improving and becoming more fit. In recent years…the club has invested into facility upgrades such as locker-room enhancements, changes in décor, comfortable seating areas and so much more!
