Coast to Coast Paddle and the Beverly Athletic Club (BAC) are excited to bring you indoor SUP Yoga classes all winter and spring long! If you’ve done SUP yoga before and loved it, this is a great way to stay fit and paddle ready even when temperatures would have you trading your yoga pants for a wetsuit! If you haven’t done it before, it’s the perfect opportunity to give it a try in a comfortable and supportive environment!
Our class, led by certified SUP Yoga instructor Cynthia Peterson, will take you through a series of movements designed to help you gain strength, flexibility, mobility, and inner calm. Practicing on a standup paddleboard forces you to engage your core and stabilizing muscles, providing a great whole body workout in a peaceful setting! Throughout the class, Cythia offers several modifications for poses, meaning that no prior paddle or yoga experience is required!
