WE HAVE A 30-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY

30 - DAY NOTICE:

Example: If you wish to cancel your membership today (May 8, 2025) and are billed on May 24, 2025.  You will be billed one last time on May 24, 2025, and have membership privileges until June 23, 2025.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE CANCELING:

  • We have a 30-day cancellation policy
  • We offer a monthly freeze for $10.00 per month (this will keep your current membership rate.)
  • If you have a family membership and are the primary member, the individual you are paying for will be adjusted to the current membership rates. 
  • Any membership referral credits will be discontinued upon cancellation. 
  • For family memberships, the cancel their membership and all cancellation policies will apply.
